Neuroscience, Pornography, and Sexual Addiction

If you've ever wondered about the neuroscience behind sexual addiction (I'm sure about 2 of you have), please let me direct you to the video below.

Dr. Bill Struthers is Professor of Psychology at Wheaton College. His primary clinical research investigates compulsive sexuality and pornography use.  He's been a research fellow at Biola's Center for Christian thought this semester and, beyond finding him exceeding humble and kind, he's done some great work on addiction and neuroscience.

Conversations with him are often filled with "remarkable" language - language that would make even a carouser blush. But I think you'll find his explanations of addiction interesting, informative, and hopefully transformative.

Given the current sexualized state of our culture, it's worth the 23 minutes....
